Visiting Angels is a leading private-duty home care organization serving seniors and the caregivers who support them. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our People function and help shape the next phase of our evolution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-energy HR professional who enjoys building teams, strengthening culture, and creating scalable HR systems in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
Recruit X caregivers per week on average
Achieve X%+ retention of newly hired caregivers
Strengthen culture, engagement, and operational stability
Help build a best-in-class HR function
7–10 years of progressive HR experience (recruitment, compliance, benefits)
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience in high-volume hiring environments (healthcare preferred)
Confident, ethical, people-centric leader who can balance empathy and accountability
Proficiency with ATS, HR systems, and performance management tools
