What You’ll Do
Support scheduling and care coordination to ensure seamless client service
Lead and back up client services, scheduling, and administrative teams
Manage day-to-day operational flow with a project-management mindset
Resolve urgent staffing or service issues calmly and effectively
Improve processes, systems, and communication across teams
Participate in on-call support as needed
What We’re Looking For
7 to 10+ years experience in scheduling, operations, or client services leadership
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working in dynamic, people-focused environments
