Are you a seasoned leader with 10-15 years of experience thriving in fast-paced, client-focused environments? YCG — the parent company behind several Visiting Angels franchises and other ventures — is looking for a dynamic Senior Office Administrator to be the backbone of our operations and executive support.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in office management, team leadership, and project execution while making a real difference in senior care.


What You’ll OWN
  • Executive Partner: Provide high-level support to the VP of Operations and CEO, managing complex schedules, HR functions, billing, and key administrative projects.
  • Operational Leader: Lead and inspire the Scheduling and Wellness teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless delivery of care. Manage the Scheduling and Wellness teams in a collaborative, KPI-driven environment, ensuring smooth operational flow and exceptional client care. Expect to roll up your sleeves and provide on-call supervisory support (3-4 shifts/month).
  • Relationship Builder: Manage key external partnerships, oversee marketing efforts, and foster positive client and referral relationships.
  • Office Strategist: Streamline office logistics, organize impactful caregiver and client events, and implement procedures that optimize efficiency and team performance.
  • Client & Caregiver Advocate: Champion client satisfaction and swiftly resolve challenges, nurturing a culture of accountability and care.
 



Who You Bring
  • A proven track record with 10-15 years in high-stakes, client-centered roles, ideally in healthcare or related sectors
  • Exceptional project and team management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style with a deep commitment to service excellence
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills that inspire trust and collaboration
  • Experience or background in nursing (RN) or social work (MSW) is a plus — but your leadership experience and mindset matter most
